Mission Statement

The mission of COF Training Services, Inc. is to develop, coordinate and implement services that support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their chosen life style. COF is committed to helping individuals with developmental disabilities in maximizing their level of independence and quality of life.

Vision Statement

Individuals with developmental disabilities will have services and supports of their choice, which allow them opportunities to increase their independence, productivity, integration and inclusion into the community. COF will provide services promoting normal life patterns in which the rights and responsibilities of citizens with developmental disabilities are both respected and encouraged.
