For more than 55 years, COF Training Services (COFTS) has been providing programs, services, and workforce opportunities through a person-centered model of care for people who are intellectually or developmentally disabled. Its mission is to facilitate individual choice and promote independence of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. COFTS serves over 300 IDD individuals in Kansas's Coffey, Osage, and Franklin counties. COFTS supports residential, day services, and workforce opportunities in Ottawa, Burlington, and Osage City.

Its vision of providing lifelong support and services to individuals with disabilities through personal choice, independence, and inclusion in their community is something we strive for each day at COFTS.
