Job Development Employment Services will work with employers to match the job with the employee's skills and abilities. The goal is mutual satisfaction between employer and employee. Job Coaching ES will train (job coach) the employee on the job, and gradually fade out as skills are performed to the employer's satisfaction. Vocational Counseling This means trouble-shooting of job-related concerns on a continual basis, and providing support and advocacy for the consumers.

Follow-Along Approximately once monthly ES staff will visit the employee on the job to either observe his or her work or to speak with the employer or coworkers about progress, needs, etc. Benefits Monitoring Some of the employees receive Social Security benefits and need to carefully report their income.
