COF Training Services, Inc. helps individuals with Mental Retardation and/or Developmental Disabilities (MR / DD) access the available Community Service Provider in Coffey, Osage, and Franklin Counties.

After you call COF and make a referral, we will need to obtain some information from you to determine your eligibility for MR / DD services. Once we receive this information, eligibility for all MR / DD services in Coffey, Osage, and Franklin Counties will be determined by state certified staff. If you are ineligible, COF will assist you in finding services more suitable to your needs.
